Awakened Curiosity Through Earthly Art

Go on a 15 minute walk about, and search for natural objects from the ground and plant life around you. Through these found natural objects, we will paint and draw. For example, bundles of grass or dried brush may become a tool to paint with, or the underside of a mushroom or leaf may be used as a stamp. 

Purpose: This activity can awaken curiosity, as you search the ground below you for possible tools to create with. This can be done and made by anyone, as our goal is simply to create in a new way, and see what happens when “pen” goes to paper. 

After the art adventure, a potluck grill out and bonfire.
